This cafe is in Otis, Oregon, a little town on the Oregon coast. They have been serving great breakfast and lunches for about 70 years or so I am told. The country fried steak breakfast I had was delicious and enough to serve four or five people! Also, this was where Otis the cat was found when he was an itty bitty kitty.
