LEMON SLICES WITH FORK BY ELIZABETH BLAYLOCK

5 X 7 OIL on HARDBOARD CANVAS PANEL
Why is lemon yellow not the color of lemons??  Sure would be simpler.  I find you have to tame the yellow  or you will have screaming yellow lemons!

LADY HUMMINGBIRD BY ELIZABETH BLAYLOCK

6 X 6 OIL on PANEL
This little hummingbird was actually perched on a tomato cage on my deck.
I am imagine she is enjoying warmer weather in the tropics now!  We are having some unusually cold weather here in Gulf Shores.  Hopefully back up in the 70s this weekend.
