HUMMING A NEW SONG

8 X 10 OIL ON CANVAS  SOLD
Hummingbirds are such fascinating little birds.  This one was in the crepe myrtle tree outside my sunroom window.  Hummingbirds are the tiniest birds on earth.   I always thought they sipped nectar up through that long beak, but I read that they lap up the nectar with their skinny little  tongues.

Thanks for stopping by and leaving a sweet words of encouragement. Love your hummingbird. How do you like living in Gulf Shores we are thinking of looking there for a home.
