PASTEL ON DARK GREEN CANSON PASTEL PAPER
The model did not show up today for open studio at the Foley art center, so we bribed the manager, Joseph to sit for us. Not many people showed up, I guess, because of the lingering storm but we had so much fun. Joseph was a great model!!
I did pastel portraits for years in New Orleans, but have been working in oils for the the last 17 years, so I am a little rusty.
