OIL PAINTING OF GLASS JAR WITH TOMATOES

A JARRING EXPERIENCE SOLD
8 X 8 OIL ON PANEL
I like the way this turned out because it looks like exactly what it is.. a PAINTING of juicy tomatoes with juicy oil paint. When someone looks at my work and says... 'ooohhh it looks just like a photograph', I think uh-oh I messed up.

Hi Elizabeth:
Lovely still life set up with the red tomatoes and mason jar. Nice work with the lights on the jar, I always enjoy your colour sense.

Love this, your use of blue, purples and turquoise just really makes the piece joyful.
