CHAIRS AT LULU'S SOLD7 X 5 OIL ON PANEL
Lulu's restaurant and bar is on the inter-coastal canal in Gulf Shores, Alabama. I took the reference photo in the off hours when there were not many people around, as usually it is packed out. Lulu is Jimmy Buffet's sister and she knows how to do things right. The view is wonderful and the food outstanding with a great fun filled atmosphere.
People were slow to book reservations in Gulf Shores because of the oil spill, but we had many come for the weekend holiday at the last minute as there is no oil on our beaches at this time. Still, the town was not as busy as past years. My heart aches too much to talk a lot about this disaster. It is kind of like trying to ignore a dinosaur on your shoulders.

Fun seeing these familiar places. Absolutely love the colors in this.
