INDIGO BUNTING #3

8 X 10 on STRETCHED LINEN CANVAS   SOLD
The blues on these little birds are so rich!  This one, I photographed at the bird banding in Fort Morgan a while back   He was actually being held by his little feet by one of the bird experts,  so I had to use my imagination for the feet and foliage

Hi Elizabeth, I love your little bird with its surrounding expressive colors. I find you a very inspiring artist.

Wow!
Just was looking up indigo buntings because one is visiting our feeder.
This led to several paintings you've created. I visited your gallery and LOVE you style. The vivid colors, the play between abstract and representational, and your composition are uplifting and inspiring. Thanks for sharing!
