This lovely bright yellow bird is some kind of warbler, I think. In the sunlight he is neon yellow, really beautiful! It's a male American goldfinch! - glorious yellow color - and you caught his vibrancy - kudos - buy some niger thistle seed and you will have more goldfinches than you want - they change colors in Spring - much more brilliant - as you depicted him.
